Lambcote Meadows is a Jones Homes Yorkshire development on the north-eastern edge of Maltby, between Grange Lane and Stainton Lane.
The first phase brought a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes to the town, with later phases planned across a much larger 39-acre neighbourhood. Open space, landscaping and a play area are part of the wider plan.
